1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing from, or downloading any product from Diskarte Docs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. Your continued use of our site or products after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products and Delivery

Diskarte Docs sells digital guides and templates delivered as PDF files. Upon successful payment, your guide will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is typically within minutes but may take up to 24 hours depending on email provider delays.

Download links are valid for up to 3 downloads within 7 days of delivery. If you experience issues accessing your purchase within that window, contact us at hello@diskartedocs.com and we will assist you.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a product from Diskarte Docs, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the guide for your own business planning purposes. This license does not permit:

  • Redistributing or sharing the PDF with others who have not purchased it
  • Reselling or sublicensing the guide in any form
  • Using the content commercially — for example, as part of a paid course, training program, or consulting service
  • Removing or altering any copyright notices, branding, or embedded instructions within the guide

Purchasing a guide is for individual use only. Teams or organizations that want multiple-user access should contact us for appropriate licensing.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

Some Diskarte Docs guides contain embedded instructions designed to be used with ChatGPT, an AI product developed and operated by OpenAI, L.L.C. By using these features, you acknowledge the following:

  • Diskarte Docs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to OpenAI.
  • We are not responsible for the outputs, responses, or behavior of ChatGPT or any other third-party AI tool.
  • When you upload a guide to ChatGPT or any other AI platform, OpenAI's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to that interaction.
  • AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for professional advice. Review any AI-generated content critically before acting on it.

Use of AI features is entirely at your own discretion. If you do not wish to use the AI activation feature, the guide remains fully usable as a standalone written resource.

5. Intellectual Property

All content — including guides, templates, website copy, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Diskarte Docs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our products without written permission. The AI Activation prompts embedded in our guides are part of the licensed content and are subject to the same restrictions as the guide itself.

6. No Professional Advice

Our guides are for educational and planning purposes only. Nothing in our products or on this website constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Business decisions are yours alone to make. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation before taking significant business, legal, or financial action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Diskarte Docs is not liable for any business outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our products. Results may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantees of business success.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
