Digital Products — All Sales Final

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly via email, we cannot verify whether a product has been used, copied, or shared after delivery. For this reason, all purchases of digital products from Diskarte Docs are final and non-refundable.

We encourage you to review the product description thoroughly and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Non-Delivery

If your guide has not arrived within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@diskartedocs.com with your order details. We will either resend the guide or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges or technical errors on our end. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

Each exception is evaluated individually. Please include your payment confirmation email and the email address used at checkout.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@diskartedocs.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We respond within 24–48 hours and will work to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.
